There are always some movies that leave an everlasting impression on our hearts and “Aisha” is one of such movies. Released back in 2010, the movie has completed 11 successful years today.
Helmed by Rajshree Ojha this romantic-comedy flick starred Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Deol in lead along with an ensemble cast. The movie has been an ultimate inspiration for many throughout these years. Actress Sonam Kapoor who played the lead attraction in the film, felt nostalgic as the movie marked wonderful 11 years.
Observing this special celebration, Sonam Kapoor along with sister Rhea Kapoor has organized a clubhouse to reminisce the old memories associated with the film Aisha.
Taking to Instagram space, she dropped a short video from the film featuring the title track ‘Aisha’. Sharing the video she wrote, “I am so excited to talk to you guys about the movie that remains closest to my heart. Come join me and Rhea on Clubhouse tomorrow as we discuss all the things Aisha with Aishwarya and Santu.”

This clubhouse will take place today at 10 pm. Sharing more about the event on her Instagram story, Sonam wrote, “Join us tomorrow for what promises to be a fun chat! The first of many things personally and professionally.”

The film ‘Aisha’ not only came up with a most striking storyline but also flaunted many stylish looks of actress Sonam Kapoor. She looked dead-drop gorgeous in the film. It is one of the special films for Sonam in her acting career and the onscreen character ‘Aisha’ is extremely close to her heart.
Bankrolled by Anil Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, it was an official adaptation of Clueless and Emma. The story revolves around Aisha, a happy-go-lucky girl who is obsessed with playing matchmaker even after facing many refusals from friend Arjun.
Set in the upper-class society of Delhi, the film was a hit and garnered much love from the audience. The songs from the movie like ‘Aisha’ and ‘Gal Mithi Mithi’ are still very popular among the fans.
On the work front, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has some interesting mix of projects. She was last seen in the Netflix thriller Ak vs Ak and Zoya Factory. She has Shome Makhija’s action thriller ‘Blind’ next in her pipeline.
