Recently, the actors took to social media to announce the completion of the first schedule of filming for Anees Bazmee’s directorial venture, sparking even more excitement among eager fans.
Sharing a glimpse behind the scenes, Kartik Aaryan graced Instagram with a snapshot alongside his co-star Triptii Dimri from the sets of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Reprising his beloved role as Rooh Baba, Kartik and Triptii, clad in their character’s attire, struck a pose with clapboard in hand, offering fans a tantalizing peek into the upcoming installment of the franchise.
Accompanying the snapshot, Kartik penned, “Ting ting ting tiding ting ting. And we’ve wrapped up the 1st schedule #BhoolBhulaiyaa3. This small break between schedules is gonna make me impatient… Rooh Baba’s Cape has some different magic.@aneesbazmee.”
Directed by Anees Bazmee, the highly anticipated third installment of the popular franchise is poised to feature Vidya Balan in a leading role. Scheduled for a Diwali 2024 release, the film promises to captivate audiences with its blend of psychological horror and comedy. Notably, Vidya Balan famously portrayed the iconic character of Manjulika in the original 2007 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
While Bazmee directed the second installment, the inaugural part was steered by Priyadarshan, starring Akshay Kumar opposite Vidya. In the sequel, Kartik graced the screen alongside Tabu and Kiara Advani, marking a memorable collaboration.
Besides this, Kartik recently concluded filming for his forthcoming movie Chandu Champion, directed by Kabir Khan. Inspired by an exceptional real-life sportsman’s journey of resilience, Kartik essays the role of Chandu in this captivating tale of determination. Chandu Champion not only marks Kartik’s debut collaboration with director Kabir Khan but also showcases his versatility as an actor. Additionally, Kartik is set to enthrall audiences with his performances in director Hansal Mehta’s highly anticipated project Captain India and an upcoming film helmed by director Anurag Basu.
