Bipasha Basu recently revealed the nickname of her daughter, Devi Basu Singh Grover, in a heartwarming Instagram post. She shared a short montage featuring pictures of herself and her daughter, expressing her joy and affection for her little one.
Bipasha affectionately wrote, “Devi’s daak naam (nickname) is Mishti, named by her favorite Mumu Ma @mumu_basu. Suits her perfectly 🙂 Our Bong girl has her daak naam #devibasusinghgrover #bongness #daaknaam #nickname #mishti.”
In the accompanying video clip, Bipasha can be seen dressed in black while her daughter is dressed in an off-white outfit. Fans flooded the post with their love and adoration. One particular fan shared a heartfelt comment, saying, “Omg, I’m not sure if you’ll read this comment, but I wanted to put it out there. Since I was a kid, I have followed you as my role model and inspiration. I’ve been a big fan of yours, from your looks to your dance. Even my name on Facebook used to be Bipasha, haha! I always told my family that I am your sister. When my little girl was born before you had Devi, I named her Mishti. I was sooo happy when Devi was born for you. Bipasha and Karan first met on the sets of the film “Alone” and got married in 2016. The couple welcomed their first child, Devi, on November 12, 2022. They recently celebrated their daughter’s half-birthday, cherishing every milestone of her life.
Bipasha and Karan have previously collaborated on the MX Player series “Dangerous.” Karan will also be seen in Siddharth Anand’s upcoming film, “Fighter.”
