Prithviraj Sukumaran and Vivek Oberoi’s ‘Kaduva’ or award-winning film

Darlings:
The film, Darlings narrates the dark side of life hilariously. The newly released
trailer has intrigued the audience by starring Alia Bhatt as Badru Shaikh, Shefali
Shah as Badru’s mother, Vijay Varma as Hamza Shaikh, and Roshan Matthew as
Zulfi. The trailer showcases how a simple housewife dangerously treats her
husband, kidnapping him.
The trailer first reveals that Hamza Sheikh is leaving his wife, Badru Sheikh
because he loves her so much. His confession creates sudden doubt about how a
husband leaves his wife when he loves her! But suddenly, the trailer creates
suspense. It narrates Hamza has not left his wife. But Badru and her mother kidnap
him. Even the mother-daughter duo (Badru and her mother) has launched a false
complaint about Hamza’s missing. Badru’s abduction of her husband with her
mother’s help generates excitement to dig up the truth behind it.
Penned by Parveez Shaikh and Jasmeet K. Reen, the film ‘Darlings’ is produced by
Red Chillies Entertainment and Eternal Sunshine Entertainment. The movie is
streaming on the 5 th of August on Netflix.

The Malayalam action drama depicts the story of maker Shaji Kaila’s grandfather

Menon have been cast in the pivotal role. This action drama got released on the 7 th
of July this year with various responses from the audience and critics. Now
Kaduva is streaming on the OTT platform.

Lightyear:
The animated film Lightyear narrates the special astronomical mission of Buzz
Lightyear for space rangers. Disney and Pixar’s Lightyear will be premiered in
Hindi, English, Tamil, Telegu, and Malayalam on the 3 rd of August on
Disney+Hotstar. The film provides the essence of science-fiction along with
astronomical aspects.
Lightyear narrates the astronomical journey of captain Buzz Lightyear who unites
his best friend, Alisha Hawthorne. Because of a mistake, Buzz reaches an unknown
planet that is 4.2 million light years away from the earth. He tries to find a way to
go back to the world. In this adventurous journey, a robot cat, Sox, joins Buzz. But
they need to destroy the evil Zurg and the alien ship. A group of ambitious recruits
also joins Buzz and Sox to defeat the terrible force of Zurg. It will be interesting to
watch how captain Buzz will save the planet.
