Vintage Asia, the signature Asian restaurant of JW Marriott Kolkata, is all set to welcome the year of Ox with grand celebrations to rejoice in ethnic diversity with perfect grace, and to pay tribute to the community and culture of the city.
On the menu: the authentic Asian menu will feature statement dishes like, “Wok Tossed Chilli Lotus Root”, “Old Fashion Shanghai Style Smoked Bhetki Fish Fillet”, to name among the appetizers. A delectable dim sum spread with dishes such as “Walnut and Chocolate Bun”, “Pork with Miced Garlic and Black pepper sauce”, followed by sumptuous soups, namely “Doubled-Boiled Mushroom& Seaweed in Vegetable Broth”, “Braised Crabmeat in Golden Supreme Broth”.
The main course is modishly crafted that features dishes such as, “Braised Pokchoy Wild mushrooms golden broth”, “Deep-Fried Chicken with Lemon Champagne Sauce”, “Wok Fried Tiger Prawn with Cereal Butter Prawn”, “Crab Meat with Homemade Tofu in Carrot Sauce”, “Braised Fragrant Rice with Vegetable, Fujian Style”, “Wok Fried U-don Noodles with Vegetables Shanghai Style” to name a few. To end the lunar on the sweetest note there is a luxurious selection of unique desserts that includes, “Black sesame sponge & white tuile, black sesame ice cream berry compote”.
