Soham and Srabonti have been wowing us with their back-to-back brilliant performance and avatars on the big screen for years now. For all the ardent Soham-Srabonti fans out there, have great news! The duo’s long-awaited series titled “Dujone” is slated to release on the digital platform. Ever since the news of Soham and Srabanti’s digital debut with Hoichoi broke the internet, fans have been eagerly waiting for the series.
Hoichoi just unveiled the trailer of Dujone, setting in motion the countdown to the premiere of the much-anticipated web series.
The 2-minutes long trailer gives us a glimpse of the story. We see Amar (portrayed by Soham) losing his life in an unfortunate car accident. Ahana (portrayed by Srabonti), the bereft wife of Amar was still grieving when a stranger drops a hint that there is more to her husband’s life than she knows. Curious to find the truth, she embarks upon a journey of betrayal, hatred, lies, and a devasting truth that will turn everyone’s life upside down forever.
Sharing her thoughts on the series, Srabonti stated, “Dujone is a very special project for me, as it marks my entry into the digital world and pairs me opposite Soham, who’s been my co-star for many films which are superhits and I hope this luck will prevail into the web world as well, with our series Dujone. I am truly grateful and humbled by all the love! We’ve worked super hard for the series, and I am pretty sure audiences are going to love it. Soham also added to that stating “With everyone’s love and blessings, Dujone is finally set to release on the 9th of July exclusively on Hoichoi. The gripping thriller directed by Promita Bhattacharya and also starring Debshankar Halder, Anindita Kapileswari, Rajdeep Gupta, and Adrija Roy in pivotal roles is all set to release exclusively on July 9 on Hoichoi.
