Diners can look forward to the following authentic dishes: Parippu Curry: A delicious lentil curry with coconut and spices, traditionally had as a first course with rice, Sambar: A tangy and spicy blend of vegetables and lentils, Avial: A thick mixture of various vegetables and coconut, seasoned with coconut oil and curry leaves, Kaalan: A yogurt-based curry with yam and raw banana, Pachadi & Kichadi: A blend of yogurt with various fruits or vegetables like pineapple, bitter gourd, or cucumber, Olan: Ash gourd and black-eyed peas cooked in coconut milk, Erisseri: Mashed pumpkin and beans with a coconut gravy, Thoran: Finely chopped vegetables cooked with grated coconut and spices, Pulissery: A yogurt and coconut-based curry, Inji Curry: A tangy and spicy ginger and tamarind-based curry, Variety of Payasam: A sweet and creamy dessert, the perfect way to end the feast.
