There is nothing in this world that can be compared with the feelings of Durga Puja. Every Bengali truly comes alive during five days of this festival. Durga puja is a heavy mix of food, love, culture and a good dose of lively chaos.

Prantic’s Durga puja has been awarded as one of the best Durga Puja in Delhi-NCR in the past, and this year too will not be an exception. This year they will celebrate its 11th year Durga Puja with full pomp. The pandal decoration is almost ready. The theme is 100 years of Bengali Cinema. An amazing piece of art, the heart and soul of Bengali cinema done by artisans from Bengal who are working on this for more than a month.
Keeping in sync with its legacy Pujo 2019 will also witness a series of gala events including performances from some very famous and eminent artists such as famous Bollywood singer Mahalakshmi Iyer, Cactus Band, Sa Re Ga Ma champ Ranita Banerjee from Kolkata’s and the Great R.D. Burman troupe with Kishore Sodha and Raj Sodha from Mumbai.
These external performances form an inevitable part of the celebrations and along with this, the internal programmes presented by Prantic’s cultural team forms a beautiful bouquet of events including a musical tribute to legendary actor Soumitra Chatterjee which shouldn’t be missed by anyone.
Regular Puja, Anjali, Arati, Bhog/Bhandara form the backbone of Prantic and one must come and visit the Pujo pandal which is also based on their theme to witness the magnitude of this Mega event.
